Childcare and Youth Workshop Coordinator

Adrienne Caldwell has training in Waldorf Education and has been actively interested in her family, teaching, and organic gardening. She pioneered Wisconsin's first 100% Organic Hot Lunch Program and now makes Organic Sauerkraut and Kim Chi full time for her company Powerkraut. Contact: 608-675-3737, peoplearegood@gmail.com.

Teen Space
A place where "organic" teens get to be the "norm". Young people return to the OFC each year to feel the same camaraderie that adult conference-goers love. So, the education and networking MOSES is known for continues for teens!

Teen space is a place to do crafts, build things or just hang out. Make and Take Workshops will feature: paper marbling, book making, and the ever popular tie-dying.

New this year is the location. The celebrity dressing rooms will provide more comfort and keep the "teen buzz" from distracting other workshops. In addition, join in a teen workshop all about Composting. Find out what it takes to compost more stuff in more places - even schools!

Teen Space Coordinator
Donna Goodlaxson, a "retired" CSA farmer, currently teaches at a Montessori Land School in northwestern Wisconsin. Donna takes a break from her work with urban Junior High students to be "home" at the conference each year. Sara Nagler joins the crew this year. She's known as an enthusiastic supporter of teens and a dedicated home schooler. Everyone interested in teen fun is welcome!
