About the MOSES Conference App

Read on for details about the icons and pages you’ll find in the app.

Registration: See policies, pricing, and more. Plus, if you haven’t registered for the conference yet, you can click on the registration link to go through the secure online Registration process.

Schedule: See the full conference schedule with workshop and activity times, room numbers, and descriptions. You can add activities to your personal schedule by tapping on the blue “Add to Schedule” bar. Find your complete, personalized schedule under My Schedule in Event Extras.

To bookmark activities or exhibitors as “must-see” or for future reference, tap the bookmark icon on the related activity page—all your bookmarks show up under Bookmarked Activities, which you’ll find on the Schedule index page. Take notes during workshops by going to that workshop’s page and tapping the pencil icon. Your notes will be saved on that page and congregated with all your notes on the My Notes page, found under Event Extras.

Presenters: See a list of all the workshop and Organic University presenters. Tap on a presenter’s name to see more information and workshop or course titles he or she is presenting. Bookmark must-see presenters, and you’ll create a list found under “Bookmarked Presenters” on the Presenters index page. The Bookmarked presenters also are marked with the red bookmark on the Presenters By Name index.

Conference Details: Get information about MOSES, meals, scholarships, Farmer of the Year, childcare and more. Plus, find out how to get to the conference.

Maps: Find parking, locate the La Crosse Center and area businesses, and locate vendors in the Exhibit Hall.

Search: Search for everything and anything within the app.

Exhibitors/Sponsors: Learn about exhibitors and conference sponsors and visit their websites. Bookmark must-see exhibitors and click on the pencil icon on their profile page to take notes while you talk to them in the Exhibit Hall. The red pencil reminds you that you’ve created a note. All your notes also are collected on the My Notes page, found under Event Extras.

Lodging & Shuttles: Get details about lodging near the conference center. Plus, see when you can catch a free shuttle to the conference center. Additional lodgings can be found in “Supporting Businesses” in the Maps section.

Attendees: See who else is at the conference, and create your own list of contacts. You can even export contacts to your own address book.

Notifications: Tap here to see updates.

Profile Settings: Need to change your profile? Tap here and enter the password you created when you downloaded the app. You’ll be able to change your personal information.

Twitter: See who is tweeting about the event, and share your own experiences. Tapping the Twitter icon pre-loads the event hashtag (#MOSES2015) for you. #awesome
