Scholarship applications are available from late November to the end of December. We review scholarship applications in the order they are received and notify recipients in mid-January.
We strive to award financial assistance to as many applicants as possible. Priority is given to applicants who are farmers, first time conference attendees or those who have not previously been awarded scholarships to the conference.

Types of Scholarships
- Conference Registration
Includes all activities beginning on Thursday evening through Saturday.
- Organic University Registration
Thursday, day-long seminar.
- Children (ages 3-18)
We have childcare (ages 3-12), children’s workshops and activities for teenagers at the conference on Friday and Saturday. We do not have programming Thursday, however, we have added childcare for a limited number of children so parents can both attend Organic University courses. Scholarships cover the cost of children’s registration, which includes access to childcare, activities, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Reduced price school group scholarships may be available. Contact the Scholarship Coordinator for details.
