Jessica joined the MOSES staff in November 2007 as the Administrative Assistant and Exhibit Coordinator.  She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a degree in Agriculture Business with a minor in Animal Science.  Jessica spends most of her time playing with her two dogs and tending to her vegetable garden in the summer.  In the winter Jessica is the captain of a pool team and novice Texas hold’em player.

Faye has been the Executive Director at Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) since 1999 and was the first employee of the organization.  She has worked in the organic world for 27 years as a market gardener, cut flower grower, event organizer and community volunteer.  Faye is excited and enthusiastic about the positive future for organic agriculture in the Midwest and worldwide.  She and her husband run a small farm with Highland cattle and a large garden.

Jody Padgham has been with MOSES since 2002.  She is the organization’s Financial Manager, the editor of the Organic Broadcaster newspaper and co-coordinator of the Organic University.  Jody creates the majority of the organization’s written materials, does grant writing and has edited several books, including Organic Dairy Farming and Renewing the Countryside-Wisconsin.   Jody raises poultry and sheep organically on a 60-acre farm in west-central Wisconsin.

Harriet, organic outreach coordinator, comes to MOSES after 16 years as an organic inspector of crops, livestock and processing facilities and in addition brings 30+ years of experience in the growing and marketing of organic crops, vegetables and livestock products. She and her husband Aaron Brin have a biodynamic farm near Gays Mills, WI.

Sarah joined MOSES in May of 2008. Previously, she worked for a non-profit food justice organization in NYC, managed a CSA program in Southern Minnesota, and co-owned a tiny organic grocery store in Chicago. Having grown up in Albert Lea, Minnesota, she is eager to reconnect with her mid-western roots, and looks forward to eating a ridiculous amount of Jody's incredible eggs!

Eric Hatling joined the MOSES staff in October 2007 as the Development & Communications Coordinator.  He previously spent 17 years in various fundraising and development positions at the University of Minnesota Foundation.  A bike commuter to MOSES, Eric enjoys playing music, keeping bees and eating delicious, locally grown organic food.
