Wine and Dine Fundraising Event with the MOSES Board of Directors
Friday, February 22 | 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Waterfront Restaurant
A special part of the
2013 MOSES Conference:
Share your passion for organic while supporting the farmers who grow with the help of MOSES' programs. Bid in the Silent Auction, meet the MOSES Board of Directors and connect with friends in the organic community at this elegant event.
Hors d’Oeuvres and Social Hour:
Featuring Frey Organic Wines, local beer, organic cider. Appetizers include: mini basil and veggie quiches, balsamic roasted eggplant bruschetta, and a wide array of artisanal crackers and cheese.
Organic Spring Greens with Cherry Tomatoes, Pistachios and Feta with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Organic Beef Tenderloin with a Pinot Noir Sauce, Black Truffle and Scallion Mashed Fingerling Potatoes, and Grilled Asparagus or Crispy Eggplant with Cornmeal Crust, Caramelized Onions and Golden Raisins
Chocolate Praline Cheesecake or Flourless Chocolate Torte (gluten free)
There will be a Silent Auction featuring select items during this event (open only to Wine and Dine participants). Donated items include a number of gourmet dinners, a fishing trip, an iPad, and many fine food and art pieces.
The Wine & Dine will be at the award-winning Waterfront Restaurant and Tavern (Best of La Crosse, Official Best of Wisconsin), one block from the conference center on the banks of the MIssissippi.
