Exhibit Hall Information & Guidelines

Shipment Handling Form

All shipping arrangements are handled directly through the La Crosse Center. That contact information is in the Exhibitor Guidelines. The Shipping Form here is the one they use for handling booth materials prior to and after the Conference. Special requests for additional tables or chairs should also be directed to them.

Exhibit Hall Waiting List

As the previous year’s exhibitors have priority consideration for booth space, only a handful of booths open up each year. These spaces are made available to organizations by invitation, based on the current mix of products and services in the hall. That process is complete for the upcoming 2020 conference and the exhibit hall is full.

Please complete this form to be considered for 2021 and beyond:
