Organic farming is all about growing great food! Conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and snack foods. Supper tickets may be purchased separately ($17 adults / $10 kids). We offer both omnivore and vegetarian/vegan options. See the menu below.

Continental Breakfast Daily
Whole fruit, homemade granola, dairy/soy yogurts, oatmeal with toppings, hard-boiled eggs, assorted milks, teas, assorted juices and coffee

Break Food
Whole fruit, blue corn chips, salsa, corn relish, cheeses, granola bars, assorted milks, teas, juices and coffee

Thursday Lunch
BBQ sliced pork shoulder, spring greens with dressings, steamed green beans and mixed peppers, brown rice and kale salad, olive oil-roasted Yukon Gold potatoes
Dessert: Strawberry sweet bread with vanilla glaze
Vegan: Grilled tofu and vegetable skewers, brown rice and kale salad, roasted Yukon Gold potatoes

Thursday Supper – Available for $17
Red wine-braised brisket garnished with ice box pickled vegetables, spring greens with dressings, “soycutash” salad, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, roasted carrots
Dessert: Cranberry cake with cranberry infused glaze
Vegan: Tofu Pad Thai with vegetables, rice noodles

Friday Lunch
Rustic ham, pasta salad, vegetarian chili, leek and creamy potato soup, rustic bread and butter
Dessert: Ice cream and sorbet treats
Vegan: Vegan chili, pasta salad

Friday Supper – Available for $17
Caraway-dusted chicken breast, spring greens with dressings, German-style potato salad, sweet and sour braised red cabbage, maple-roasted root veg
Dessert: Lemon pound cake topped with a lemon icing
Vegan: Caraway-dusted seared tofu, sweet and sour braised red cabbage, maple roasted root veg

Saturday Lunch
Wild rice meatloaf with creamy mushroom sauce, spring greens with dressings, tricolor coleslaw, olive oil-glazed sweet corn, baby red mashed potatoes
Dessert: Chilled cinnamon rice pudding with toppings
Vegan: Coconut curry with stir fry veg, roasted cauliflower and mushroom, brown rice pilaf

All ingredients will be listed.

Kid Station
Find something to satisfy even fussy eaters in this area stocked for lunches and suppers with simple foods (sandwich fixings, fresh fruit and veggies).
