EarthDance Organic Farm School is a nationally-recognized non-profit organization combining food production, agroecology education, and community development. EarthDance manages mixed vegetable, fruit, and livestock production on a 14-acre historic farm in a residential area in a close suburb of St. Louis while engaging all ages in programs on sustainable living, farming, and gardening.

Development Associate will build the capacity of the organization through the exploration of available community resources, the collaborative development and implementation of fund development plans, and the co-creation of grant proposals. The position will also include planning fundraising and donor acknowledgement events.

Videography Associate will develop videos documenting the impact of EarthDance’s various programs, develop videos to be used to support fundraising efforts, and create miscellaneous videos as needed to build the organization’s capacity to accomplish its mission to grow food, farmers, and community.

Volunteer Coordinator will build the capacity of EarthDance and the ability to serve more low-income individuals by recruiting diverse groups and individuals to serve as volunteers; leading activities and farm tours; tracking corresponding data for use in EarthDance’s grant-seeking and fundraising efforts.
