This farm is looking for motivated individual to learn full production of medicinal herbs to be used in Four Elements (4E) product line. Candidate will be responsible for management of field crew, planting, cultivation, harvest, drying and storage of more than 3000 pounds herbs. Seed-Starting and Transplant House Operator
The Seed/Transplant House Operator is responsible for carrying out the daily operations within the greenhouse where the central focus is producing healthy transplants. This person will work closely under the guidance of the Farm Managers to implement the predetermined, annual seed-starting plan while monitoring and maintaining an optimal environment within the house to ensure proper care for the farm’s seedlings and transplants.
